We are industry leaders with heat compression molded natural rubber which cures and vulcanizes the rubber to our targeted consistency, we found that with this process we maximize a parts durability to withstand thousands and longevity while being able we are 100% accurate in texture and weight. Our parts are also soft enough to absorb the impact of the high frequency waves and the smooth textured surface is enough refract the low frequency sound wave's while literally self- healing upon the rounds impact. The density is the key, they last 2-3x longer than cold pressed rubber parts that are the same size.
